CineMachine Media Works ID

CineMachine Media Works commissioned this production company ID for use at the beginning of their feature films, most recently seen in Shelter. The client desired powerful and direct visuals, reflecting their focus on action film making.

The team envisioned the logo being dramatically etched into a block of steel using an industrial laser. To achieve this, the animation was created in Houdini leveraging pyro and particle simulations. Detailed textures, lighting, and rendering were handled with Redshift, and the final results were polished in Nuke.
